Job Description

This role is part traditional creative producer, part project manager and part wrangler--collaborating with Nike APLA's in-house Brand Creative team, cross-functional marketing teams, territory Brand Creative teams, and other Nike Geography partners. You'll lead the planning and oversight of digital and social content, photography, videos, web pages, and other branded collateral from brief to final deliverables. In addition to working with Nike APLA's Geo/Territory creative teams, this role will manage external production/post-production companies and creative agencies as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years in project management, resourcing or creative production on an in-house creative
team or agency.
- Deep understanding of the skill sets, technical requirements and project workflows in at least
one core medium (motion/video, interactive experiences/development, design, social) with
proficiency in the others.
- Experience producing small to large scale motion and stills advertising campaign shoots.
- Experience working with multiple vendors, from traditional creative agencies to digital
studios, design shops etc.
- Ability to negotiate and broker trade-offs in project priorities.
- Ability to quickly jump between projects and disciplines with ease and embrace change with
a positive mindset.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with Airtable, and Excel, but experience working with other project
management/workflow tools.
- Experience partnering with cross-discipline teams and marketing stakeholders to create roadmaps and accurately execute work.
- Experience in creative problem-solving in an environment where continuous innovation is expected.
- A committed personal passion for storytelling and innovation.
- A motivation and desire to make sport a daily habit for athletes around the globe.
- Success and experience delivering multi-dimensional marketing and creative projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or Project Management Institute Certification.
