- Working within our Operations team, you'll guide deliverables across the business from start to finish, ensuring copy is delivered as efficiently as possible to meet launch dates, without sacrificing the rich storytelling we are so proud of. You will find new opportunities to deliver content online to offline, seeing through the noise to guarantee success.
- You'll work to align deliverables, weigh priorities, and unlock new information to help our writers and editors meet daily, weekly, and seasonal deadlines.
- You will support the intake of individual requests, aligning their urgency with set goals and report out on metrics that will help steer the business to become more efficient.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end project management of product copy initiatives across multiple business groups, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Serve as the operational hub for copy productionintaking requests, defining timelines, and aligning deliverables with business priorities
Coordinate with writers, editors, and stakeholders to ensure content meets brand standards and launch deadlines
Manage intake and triage of copy requests, balancing urgency with strategic goals and resource availability
Track project milestones, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers to maintain momentum across workstreams
Analyze and report on project performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Maintain and evolve documentation for workflows, processes, and best practices within the copy production lifecycle
Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless delivery and publishing of copy assets
Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase creative team capacity

2+ years of experience in project coordination or production management within a corporate, agency, or e-commerce environment
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with varying requirements and timelines
Strong understanding of digital publishing workflows and web content management tools
Proficiency in project tracking in PPM Tool such as Airtable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to synthesize complex information and drive clarity across cross-functional teams
