Job Description

The largest footwear retailer headquartered in Beaverton, OR is hiring for a Consumer Electronics Hardware Technician to join their team. This person will partner with the Engineering Leads to understand the hardware design and vision, then work to ensure a healthy fleet of hardware is available at all times. This person may develop new tools, methods, and procedures to document hardware status, version history, or capture data. You will interface with the Engineering Team to collaborate on best approach to testing and verifying designs

Required Skills & Experience

- BS in Engineering or relevant work experience in lieu
- History of conducting hardware repairs and documenting in systems
- Bias toward action and resilience in the face of challenges
- Basic Understanding of Firmware/Software
- Experience using a tracking system in the past

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in robotics or mechatronics
- Experience with Air Table, Confluence, and/or Jira
- Experience with consumer electronics
