Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Apparel Designer to support Jordan Energy Apparel. This role blends street, sport and fashion cultures and/or adjacent sub-cultures and communities. Platforming the rhythm, language, icons, and unsung heroes and their global influence, this role will inspire and challenge traditional convention in translating these points of connection into ideas and apparel concepts that honor the past, elevate the present, and ignite the future of sport and style.

This role blends performance and lifestyle design, requiring a strong understanding of materials, construction, and innovation to create compelling, functional apparel across a variety of lifestyle and sports product types.

Key Responsibilities inclusive but not limited to:
• Design and lifestyle and performance apparel using practical insights and deep knowledge of construction, trims, and materials.
• Attend fit sessions (If applicable) and apply a discerning eye to ensure high-quality product execution across various distribution levels and price points.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, materials, business, and category teams to ideate, present, develop, and problem-solve throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare presentations that communicate seasonal design narratives and concepts.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, creative environment.
• Partner with graphic design, technical design, development, sourcing, and product line management teams to bring products to life.
• Graphic design proficiency is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in apparel design or a related creative role.
• Strong storytelling and narrative creation skills.
• Proven ability to translate creative direction into physical product.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of materials, patterns, and apparel construction.
• Hands-on experience with sewing and garment development.
• Familiarity with digital or 3D design tools such as CLO 3D is a plus.
• Experience designing technical and non-technical sportswear, and gender-fluid collections across knits, wovens, tops, bottoms and more
