Insight Global is looking for a Director of Banking Management to lead a team at one of Canada's largest Investment Management companies. The successful individual will lead the Cash Management Services Operations teams. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operational performance meets or exceeds established industry, regulatory, and company standards, and the operations functions stays on the cutting edge of technology implementations. You will oversee functional teams, including Bank Deposit Sweep Operations, Wire Transfer, Check Processing, and EFT in/out processing and be responsible for the development and training of those teams.

· Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; or high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
· Experience working with Fundserv settlements and payments
· Experience with cheque processing
· Experience with Foreign Exchange
· 10+ years of experience in the securities, banking, or technology sectors, specifically within cash management operations.
· Extensive experience in project management, vendor management, analysis, and risk control.
· Proven leadership experience, both direct and indirect, for a minimum of 7 years.
· Strong adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments and ability to navigate technological advancements.
· Demonstrated capability to support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on procedural enhancements.
· Excellent critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
