We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a DDA system transformation project that touches nearly every facet of the bank's operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead analysis and strategy for deposits, commercial banking, and capital markets clients, ensuring seamless integration with the new DDA system.
Engage with business and technology teams to bridge gaps and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
Conduct deep-dive assessments, challenging assumptions and ensuring comprehensive risk evaluations.
Provide expert-level advisory support, ensuring all business units align with the DDA systems impact.
Utilize basic technology tools (MS Office) effectively, while leveraging domain expertise to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in high-profile banking projects, with a focus on large-scale system transformations.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
Strong understanding of deposits, commercial banking, and capital markets, with deep industry knowledge.
Ability to operate in a hybrid role (50% business, 50% technology)balancing analytical and technical expertise.
Experience working with demanding stakeholders, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
