We are seeking an expert-level Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis and strategy for a high-profile, complex banking project. This initiative requires a blend of commercial, deposits, and banking expertise, with a strong understanding of both business and technology. The project kicks off 1.5 months ahead of schedule, requiring adaptability, precision, and the ability to meet very high expectations from demanding stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis for commercial & deposit banking needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead stakeholder discussions and deliver polished presentations that drive decisions.
Collaborate with technical and business teams, bridging gaps to optimize project outcomes.
Utilize basic tools effectively while leveraging prior experience in a mix of business & technology environments.
Manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, results-driven atmosphere.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven expertise in high-profile projects with complex, enterprise-level challenges.
Strong ability to engage and manage demanding stakeholders with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of commercial banking, deposits, and overall banking operations.
Experience in both business & technology domains, with a balanced skill set.
Ability to operate within an accelerated timeline, maintaining precision and efficiency.
