Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning and data manipulation to build, deploy, and optimize predictive models that drive business insights. You will work with large, complex datasets—ingesting, processing, merging, and aggregating data to uncover meaningful patterns and trends. Strong programming skills in Python and SAS/SQL will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills while learning from senior data scientists and contributing to impactful projects across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models
2+ years of experience manipulating large datasets (ingestion, processing, merging, aggregation)
Strong programming skills in Python and SAS/SQL

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Familiarity with statistical modeling or advanced analytics techniques
