Job Description

We are looking for a senior UX/UI Designer with over 10 years of experience to help elevate our user experience across both digital interfaces and operational processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for UI and UX design components to create dashboards/reports on bugs, issues, and overall workflows.
You’ll work closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that every step of the process is intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly. Whether it’s identifying where delays occur, designing escalation paths, or creating dashboards that provide clarity and control, your work will directly impact user satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences, not just screens or interfaces.
• Map out and improve user journeys across software, workflows, and communication touchpoints.
• Create intuitive dashboards, forms, and reporting interfaces that identify friction points in the process (e.g., lack of alerts, unclear escalation paths, delivery delays) and propose user-centric solutions.
• Familiar/understanding of React, HTML, CSS to collaborate with developers when creating designs.
• Advocate for the user—understand what makes them successful, confident, and satisfied.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure UX is embedded in both product and process design.
• Contribute to design systems creating components and libraries.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
