UI Developer

Insight Global is hiring for a Senior UI / Front-End Developer to join a highly skilled engineering team responsible for designing and building modern, scalable user interfaces for enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a front-end expert with deep multi-framework experience who can adapt across technologies and contribute to long-term UI architecture.
The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver responsive, high-quality user experiences. This role requires strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with hands-on experience across multiple front-end frameworks. The focus is on front-end excellence, adaptability, and enterprise-scale delivery, rather than specialization in a single framework.
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact applications while contributing to best practices in UI development, testing, and performance across large systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable, accredited university
• 10+ years of enterprise-level UI development experience
• Multi-framework front-end expertise — demonstrated experience across multiple modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, etc.), with a strong foundation as a front-end expert rather than a single-framework specialist
• Advanced proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong experience building scalable, reusable, and accessible UI components for large, complex applications
• Hands-on experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs
• Experience with React testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, etc.)
• Proficiency using GitHub (or equivalent) for version control, code reviews, and collaboration
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
• Ability to work in enterprise, highly-regulated, or large-scale product environments

Nice to Haves
• Experience working with multiple UI frameworks in production environments (e.g., Angular + React + Vue)
• Exposure to component libraries, design systems, or tools such as Storybook
• Experience with modern build tools and front-end pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG, WAI-ARIA)
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading front-end initiatives
• Prior experience in financial services, enterprise SaaS, or large consumer platforms
