Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI Developer to join a major QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) implementation project at one of Canada’s top five banks. This role focuses on building and integrating a robust front-end interface using modern technologies within an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the design lead to translate wireframes into responsive, high-quality UI components.
• Work closely with stakeholders to demo and present implemented features.
• Utilize in-house React-based foundation tools and templated components for development.
• Integrate UI components with the orchestration layer in partnership with backend developers.
• Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and adherence to enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Experience
• React, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML expertise.
• Minimum 10 years of enterprise-level UI development experience.
• Strong understanding of REST API integration.
• Hands-on experience with React Testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.
Familiarity with Azure environments (preferred).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Angular.
• Background in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of Node.js for backend interaction.
