Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UAT Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business and functional specifications into comprehensive testing requirements, developing and executing test procedures for system integration, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations for one of the top banks in Toronto.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in QA or UAT testing roles.
Experience with SQL, building queries
Previous experience executing UAT test cases or strong knowledge of UAT processes.
Basic understanding of database migration (Oracle or Hive preferred).
Experience writing test documentation such as test plans, scripts, and results reports.
Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and recommend improvements.
Familiarity with SDLC, application architecture, and multiple IT platforms.
Experience with data conversion, mapping, and integrity validation.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience in the financial services industry.
Exposure to testing data and data-driven QA environments.
Project management experience, especially in coordinating testing timelines and reporting.
