Job Description
• Analyze, define, and translate business and functional specifications into testing requirements
• Develop, schedule, coordinate, and execute test procedures for system integration across multiple projects
• Attend project meetings to report testing status, communicate issues, and implement QA standards and policies
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report to developers
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track progress
• Ensure client needs are met with the highest quality standards
• Identify, analyze, and document problems with program functionality, output, or content
• Participate in business review sessions to influence technology decisions
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for small and large projects
• Successfully translate business processes and system functionality into well-written test plans

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of test plans, test scripting, application architecture, multiple IT platforms, systems, and SDLC
Hands-on experience with data conversion, data mapping, and data integrity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• SQL, Oracle, and other database experience
• Test automation exposure
Familiarity with Azure
Project - Migration to Azure platform – validating data
