Technology Process Consultant

As a Senior Process Consultant, you will support Infrastructure Technology in its strategic path of innovating infrastructure products by improving and building new processes and workflows. This role involves creating documents and workflows using Visio and Word. You will excel in identifying opportunities to simplify, reduce waste, and free up capacity through process optimization and automation. You will provide consultation on process designs for large, innovative technology initiatives and advocate for continuous improvement across Technology. Collaboration with Infrastructure Engineering teams to achieve common goals and promote good working relationships is essential. This is a hybrid role 1-3 days in person at the CIBC Square office.

Key Responsibilities:
· Support Infrastructure Technology by building new processes and workflows.
· Engage in projects to uplift existing processes or create new ones.
· Collaborate with technology teams and SMEs to gather necessary information for process creation.
Focus on process optimization and automation.

· 10+ years of experience in process optimization.
· Proven track record of leading projects and managing project teams.
· Experience in Technology Environments
· Strong facilitation and communication skills, especially with technology SMEs.
· Ability to map out current and future states and identify appropriate endpoints.
· Proficiency in documenting processes following standard templates.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong experience with Visio, Word, and Excel.
· Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification.
· ITIL certification (v3 or v4).

• Experience working in a bank on Technology Operations (TO) projects.
• Familiarity with Jira or Confluence.
