Insight Global is looking for qualified technical Business Systems Analyst to optimize and document a Windows application migration. This migration is from Windows 2012 to Windows 2022 and covers 10 banking/payments applications. This role will include creating or revising technical documentation from an application perspective. Candidates must be dynamic to support in helping to manage aspects on this project and in creating new user guides and technical documentation of the new system. A large part of this role with include sitting down with developers and technical team members to understand what the system does through knowledge transfer and collaboration.

- 7-10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Writer working in a banking/payments domain on large scale projects or applications.
- Ability to get involved from a project management perspective to streamline processes and collaboration to facilitate delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and proven experience in writing technical documentation, utilizing technical specs, to create instructional guides/user guides and project diagrams/charts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in order to have productive discussions and knowledge transfer and supporting documentation of the system.
