Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-layered technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and project management excellence to drive solutions from requirements gathering through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
• Lead and manage scrum pods as Scrum Master, ensuring agile delivery methodologies
• Drive complex systems integration projects involving multiple cross-functional teams
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements definition to final delivery
• Coordinate delivery across 25+ enterprise systems integration points
• Has demonstrated unique problem solving skills at a large enterprise
Technical Oversight
• Oversee Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations including:
• Sales Cloud configuration and customization
• Experience Cloud development
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integration
• Loyalty management capabilities implementation
• Manage Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks solution architecture
• Ensure seamless integration across multi-layer solution architectures
Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Manage requirements using JIRA and Confluence platforms - Must be able to write complex JIRA queries and should be able to use EazyBI to generate dashboards
• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have Requirement:

-Technical background in software development, solution design, or business systems analysis
-Experience with complex systems integration and enterprise solution architecture
-Proven ability to manage fast-paced, complex technology projects using Agile methodologies
-Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
-Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
-Financial acumen related to project budgeting and cost management
-Demonstrated success in leading Scrum teams and delivering technology projects
-Ability to visualize and communicate solution architecture effectively
-Experience transitioning projects from requirements through to delivery
-Strong recommendations from previous leaders in similar large-scale tech portfolios

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have:

-Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Microsoft Azure, including Databricks
-Prior experience in financial institutions like CIBC
-Awareness of current technology trends and platforms
-Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services
