Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Supervisor of Maintenance. This role involves overseeing field staff and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality maintenance and customer service across parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Schedule and supervise custodial and ambassadorial staff
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and training standards
-Monitor facility conditions and coordinate repairs and contractor services
-Implement operational procedures and support change initiatives
-Respond to customer concerns and manage employee relations

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years of experience in facility maintenance, operations, or parking management
-Excellent Communication skills.
-Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
-Experience in a unionized environment
-Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
-Valid Ontario Class G drivers license with business insurance

Additional Details:

-Midnight shift (10 PM6 AM) with rotating days off
-Must be available for all shifts and emergency call-ins
