Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program / Project Manager to support a large-scale, multi‑year treasury and regulatory initiative within Capital Markets. This role sits within a portfolio of enterprise and regulatory programs and will lead complex, multi‑million‑dollar initiatives spanning multiple lines of business, risk, and finance stakeholders. The ideal candidate is senior enough to operate confidently with Managing Directors and senior leadership, while still being hands-on, delivery-focused, and closely embedded with execution teams and will be comfortable with being on site 2 days to start and 4 by the end of 2026. Sitting in Toronto.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years managing large-scale, complex programs
Proven experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology
Capital markets domain knowledge, with depth in treasury, trade, settlements, or clearing
Experience building and executing runbooks and implementation plans
Hands-on experience running scrums and working closely with delivery teams
Strong background across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
JIRA experience
Ability to translate between business objectives and technology execution
Comfortable operating in senior leadership and Managing Director forums
PMP certification
