Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Manager of Trade Spend & Deductions, you will be responsible for leading the team of analysts and overseeing all activity in the department for trade spend and deductions management as well as all price changes and billings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives, compliance with regulatory requirements and be a hands-on support for business partners in other departments/regions. A subject matter expert in the credit and collections field, this role will also lead and support process improvement in all areas of the order to cash processes.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years experience in a public company (CPG or manufacturing preferred)
3+ years in a leadership role (must be clearly stated as “Sr Manager” on resume)
Strong trade spend and deductions expertise
SAP and/or Salesforce experience
Excel proficiency
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Post-audit experience
In-house experience preferred over consulting backgrounds
Technical accounting background (especially if trade spend experience is lighter)
