Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Accessibility Auditor to join a large banking client on an 8 month contract in Toronto. You will join a team of accessibility experts supporting a group of digital teams to manually test for 100% accuracy of accessibility on customer sites. Experience with assistive technology (JAWS, NVDA), WCAG, regulations, and screen reader testing. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto with in office days on Wednesday and every third Friday for a total of 5 days/month in office.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years experience working as an accessibility QA conducting manual tests for 100% accuracy
- Strong experience testing towards WCAG 2.1 standards on mobile and web
- Expert in using JAWS and NVDA assistive technology tools
- Strong experience logging/filing accessibility issues to recommend solutions to technical teams
- Excellent communication skills and soft skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Real life daily experience with screen readers
- Testing experience using iOS Voiceover and Android Talkback
- Testing to EN301 549 standards
- Testing PDF Accessibility
- Creating an ACR Report
- Logging issues in Deque Auditor
- Trusted Tester 508 Certification
