Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Software Developers to support large scale AI transformation initiatives withing a Wealth Management client. The technology environment consists of some legacy platforms and modern, AI-enabled solutions. The team works within Agile pods, building and enhancing applications across trading, advisor platforms, and digital channels while contributing to new AI initiatives on the Microsoft Azure stack. This role is ideal for developers comfortable working across Java, Angular, and cloud-native services, with growing exposure to AI-driven features and modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance applications supporting wealth, trading, and advisor platforms
- Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives, including RAG-based solutions and chatbot features
- Build and integrate services using Microsoft Azure, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate within Agile pods alongside QA, product, and architecture teams
- Support modernization efforts across a mix of legacy and cloud-native systems

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ years of software development experience in a large enterprise banking/financial services environement
- Strong experience with Java and/or Angular
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Copilot GitHub
- Exposure to AI-enabled applications or automation
- Familiarity with modern application integration patterns
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with RAG architectures or AI chatbot solutions
- Familiarity with M365 or Microsoft Copilot integrations
- Industry experience within Wealth Management or Insurance
