Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle WebLogic Server Administrator to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of WebLogic environments across multiple versions (10.x, 11g, 12c, 14c). This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise applications.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration
• Strong understanding of WebLogic architecture, clustering, and high availability
• Proficiency in WLST scripting, JMX, and JVM performance tuning
• Solid experience in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting
• Deep knowledge of SSL, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, JMS, and security configurations
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, OpsView, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience with JBoss and Tomcat middleware platforms
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware components
• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – WebLogic Server
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent process knowledge
• Experience automating tasks using WLST, shell scripting, or other tools
Prior involvement in on-call support rotations and incident resolution
