Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a high-performing Senior Trade Finance Analyst to join the Trade Finance Operations team of a leading financial institution on a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of full-time conversion. This senior specialist will be responsible for processing and managing Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs) and Demand Guarantees, serving as a subject matter expert within a high-volume, production-focused environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal partners across Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Small Business Banking, and Retail Banking to ensure Trade Finance transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with international regulations. This role requires someone who can work independently while supporting clients and driving operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of Trade Finance Operations experience within a reputable financial institution.
· Strong hands-on experience processing Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs) and Demand Guarantees.
· Solid understanding of ICC Rules and Regulations, including UCP600, URDG758, and ISP98.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
·Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced operations environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience with Export Letters of Credit and Documentary Collections.
· Experience using Trade360.
· Canadian banking experience.
· CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) certification.
· CSDG (Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees) certification.
· French language proficiency.
· Experience with additional Trade Finance products beyond SBLCs and Guarantees.
