We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-layered technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and project management excellence to drive solutions from requirements gathering through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Lead and manage scrum pods as Scrum Master, ensuring agile delivery methodologies
Drive complex systems integration projects involving multiple cross-functional teams
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements definition to final delivery
Coordinate delivery across 25+ enterprise systems integration points
Has demonstrated unique problem solving skills at a large enterprise
Technical Oversight
Oversee Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations including:
Sales Cloud configuration and customization
Experience Cloud development
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integration
Loyalty management capabilities implementation
Manage Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks solution architecture
Ensure seamless integration across multi-layer solution architectures
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
Manage requirements using JIRA and Confluence platforms - Must be able to write complex JIRA queries and should be able to use EazyBI to generate dashboards
Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management
