Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Operations Analyst to support day‑to‑day delivery of critical deposit and payments operations. This role is responsible for processing transactions, service requests, and administrative activities related to retail and commercial deposits and payments, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient workflows, resolve issues, and deliver a strong customer and stakeholder experience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days at the office, subject to change

Required Skills & Experience
-Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
-1–2 years of experience in an analytical, operations, or communication‑focused role
-Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of work
-Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and process documentation accurately
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), OneDrive, and Adobe PDF
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Prior experience within a large financial institution or banking environment
