Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Service Representative to join the Payment Services Team at one of the top Canadian banks. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a service representative and possess knowledge of Registered Education Saving Plan (RESP) accounts. This individual will be responsible for checking and reconciling information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. They must be knowledgeable about risks and regulatory requirements and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience in registered and payment services or related fields
Knowledge of transfers and investments
Strong understanding of RESPs (Registered Education Saving Plans)
Familiarity with risk and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Quick learner with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and senior management
Bilingual (English and French)

Previous experience with a financial institution
