Job Description
- Overseeing overall and consolidated program financials, benefits realization analysis and manages the overall program budget within a $30-50MM budget range
- Typically leads the delivery of up to Tier 2 programs with a moderately high to high complexity profile but on occasion can lead the delivery of Tier 1 programs
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB)
- Accountable for the end-to-end delivery across all Business and Technology aspects of the project, maximizing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
- Accountable for key delivery decisions and aligning technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision
- Supports Executive Sponsor and Business Owner in structuring and securing approval for business case and funding
- Accountable for project estimates and supporting the team in removing any roadblocks during the estimation process, in alignment with the Estimation Framework
- Accountable for establishing and executing processes and practices that support the appropriate project-level delivery framework (e.g. Agile: cycle measurements, daily scrums, retrospectives, sprint planning, Agile testing, MVP mapping to releases); (e.g. non-Agile: requirements package, change management plan, testing plan, control processes for scope/requirements change)
- Establishes and manages resource plan, issues, risks, and financial plans to support the roadmap
- Anticipates issues, trends and the potential impact and timely resolution of impediments, while effectively managing the program schedule (releases) and financials and ensuring continuing review and prioritization
- Coordinates with the respective enterprise control partners (e.g., Strategic Sourcing Group, Legal, EP, OCDO, etc.) to appropriately select, engage and manage external service providers as required

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Project Governance role or PMO.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, self-discipline - able to work in the absence of direct supervision.
- Financial services and technology experience.
- Experience managing multiple commitments/projects/project work streams simultaneously.
- Resilience and ability to (for short periods) extend beyond role definition to organize work and teams then reverting back to role parameters
- Demonstrated experience in polished written and verbal communications and presentations to multi-level executives
- High emotional intelligence
- Thoroughly well organized and used to organizing order in changeable, sometimes chaotic environments.
- Solid project budget management.
- Proficiency in managing significant burden of compliance with corporate artefacts and processes .
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience within the TD organization and familiarization with TD Enterprise methodology, standards, and stakeholders is strongly preferred.
- PMP certification.
- Experience working in hybrid environments.
