Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Project Manager to join a leading bank in downtown Toronto on a hybrid basis. The role involves working with a large team, senior executives, and external parties to define the scope and manage the program at an enterprise level. Responsibilities include managing work packages, tracking, and reporting on the development and testing of controls for the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage workstreams and set up scrum teams.
Communicate with executives and organize team efforts.
Track project progress and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
Identify existing controls, gaps, and necessary actions (writing, verifying, implementing).
Adapt to changes in OSFI dates that may affect some controls.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of project/ program management experience
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience within a large FI or bank.
Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Personal Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management or Commercial Banking.
Knowledge of OSFI regulations and controls.
Ability to work with consulting firms and external parties.
