Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Process Consultant with a strong strategic and analytical background, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and proven change leadership experience. This individual will be responsible for driving the initial Estates Transformation Project, designing the end-to-end operating model, and ensuring the initiative remains on track from both a delivery and timeline perspective.
The successful candidate will lead process optimization efforts across the estates function, with a focus on improving the monitoring of estates, account closures, debt settlement processes, and overall operational efficiency. This person must be a strong facilitator who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, drive consensus, and deliver sustainable process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of the end-to-end estates operating model.
Identify, assess, and drive process improvement opportunities across the estates lifecycle.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, align priorities, and build consensus.
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support transformation initiatives.
Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery.
Drive change management activities and partner with business leaders to support adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Leverage data and insights to support decision-making and measure process performance improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in a data-driven decision-making, process improvement, or business transformation role.
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end process improvement and optimization initiatives.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of the organization.
Experience developing business cases and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and change leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Previous consulting experience.
Experience working within a large Financial Institution (FI).
