Insight Global is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Specialist with deep expertise in enterprise networking, middleware, and disaster recovery. The successful candidate will play a mission-critical role in ensuring the resilience, redundancy, and recovery of trading and core banking platforms, while working across Infrastructure, Middleware, and Capital Markets technology teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of Infrastructure experience supporting enterprise-scale environments in banking or financial services.
• Capital Markets technology domain expertise (front-to-back systems exposure).
• Networking: Deep knowledge of routing, switching, firewall protocols, and enterprise connectivity.
• Middleware: Hands-on experience with MQ, Solace, and MarketView integration.
• Operating Systems & Databases: Strong knowledge of RHEL 7 (Red Hat Linux) and Oracle DB.
• Programming & Scripting: Java, Shell Script, C++ (used for system configuration and automation).
• Disaster Recovery: Demonstrated track record in DR planning, design, and execution across critical financial services platforms.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with NAS readiness and milestone tracking in DR programs.
• Experience with real-time cash layer services, low-latency trading systems, and API orchestration.
• Exposure to AI-driven infrastructure optimization and automation.
