Insight Global is looking to bring on a Sr. Financial Analyst for one of our top Canadian banking clients. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and be a strong communicator. The candidate will be expected to perform business and financial analyses to support the Enterprise Real Estate team. Daily responsibilities will range over a variety of assignments to ensure that the delivery of products and services are aligned with client expectations. The candidate can expect to create and manage complex financial models and conduct market and vendor research.

- 3+ years' experience of financial services experience – valuations, multiyear cash flow models, Discounted Cash Flow models
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Financial modeling experience
- Accounting exposure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Real estate knowledge and experience
- Procurement knowledge and experience
- CPA designation
- IFRS16
