Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Platform & Technology (P&T) Finance team at one of the Big Five banks. This is a dual-track role focused on:
1. Capitalization: Managing end-to-end capitalization processes for two business partners.
2. TD Insurance Segment Reporting: Consolidating and analyzing technology spend across the bank that impacts the TD Insurance segment.
The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical skills in automation and data handling are essential.

Required Skills & Experience

46 years of experience in a large finance organization.
Strong understanding of debits and credits, P&L, and FP&A fundamentals.
Proven ability to work independently and manage high volumes of work without micromanagement.
Technical proficiency in Power BI and related Microsoft automation tools.
Comfortable building dashboards and reporting tools from scratch.
Open to pursuing CPA or other financial designations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with capitalization controls and balance sheet management.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion SmartView and Oracle BI.
