Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support IT Asset Management (ITAM) governance, controls, and ServiceNow-related initiatives within a newly formed and evolving team. This role is focused on analyzing, tracking, and improving asset lifecycle processes across hardware and software environments, while supporting governance, risk, and compliance efforts.
This individual will operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and must be comfortable making recommendations, identifying gaps, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in ITAM, asset lifecycle management, and stakeholder communication, with exposure to ServiceNow being a strong asset.

Required Skills & Experience
-4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in IT environments
-Strong experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) (hardware and/or software asset management)
-Understanding of asset lifecycle management and IT operations environments
-Experience working within governance, risk, and controls frameworks
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work in ambiguous / evolving environments
-Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with ServiceNow (ITAM / HAM / SAM)
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Exposure to data analysis / reporting tools
Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams
