Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support wealth investment and regulatory initiatives for a large financial services client. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables for enterprise‑level programs.
This role requires strong functional analysis skills within mutual funds, trailing commission taxes, and regulatory initiatives, as well as the ability to guide discussions, influence stakeholders, and support solution delivery through UAT and rollout.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Wealth Investment and regulatory projects
- Strong expertise in gathering and documenting functional business requirements and assessing business and system impacts for enterprise initiatives
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and facilitating complex discussions
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Mutual Fund and ETF trading platforms
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory reporting, and AML requirements within wealth management
- Experience supporting executive reporting and dashboards
