About the Role
Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Performance Measurement and Analytics team. This role is critical in managing complex investment performance and analytical reporting for multi-billion-dollar clients. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of performance data, collaborate with multiple teams, and mentor junior associates.
Key Responsibilities
Produce, develop, and present investment-related reports and analysis to monitor performance.
Conduct detailed research and analysis on investment performance.
Develop performance measurement and attribution models for decision-making.
Manage and evaluate performance, risk, and attribution at various portfolio levels.
Collaborate with internal teams (Data Management, Investment Risk, Operations, IT) and external providers.
Support reporting environment enhancements and data integrity checks.
Provide analytical support and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Train and mentor junior team members; review their work for accuracy.
Participate in strategic projects and governance initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of market conditions and trends.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of relevant experience in financial services (asset management or capital markets).
3+ years of experience in performance measurement.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Strong understanding of finance, portfolio management theory, and asset classes.
Advanced quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
Experience with Power BI, SQL, VBA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Graduate degree (MBA, MFin) or professional designation (CFA, FRM, CIPM).
Experience with P&L attribution and analysis.
Knowledge of additional programming languages.
Familiarity with Eagle PACE and Bloomberg.
