Job Description
BMO is seeking a curious and detail-oriented individual to support Capital and Liquidity regulatory reporting. In this role, you will support quarterly, annual, and monthly regulatory reporting. The start of each month will primarily focus on completing monthly processes, while the latter half will shift toward data collection activities.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ year of experience at a bank or financial institution, ideally a large bank.
• Previous financial reporting experience.
• University degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets using Excel, such as performing pivot tables and advanced lookup functions.
Soft Skills Required:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Willingness to learn and curiosity.
• Detail-oriented.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous regulatory reporting experience is a plus.
• CPA designation is a plus.
• Python and/or automation skills are an asset.
