Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master to join the Digital Technology team at a top financial institution in Toronto. This role supports a major initiative to modernize Contact Centers. The Scrum Master will lead a newly formed Agile team of 16 members, collaborating closely with a core group of 8–10 individuals. They will drive the delivery of innovative features aimed at improving customer experience and streamlining operational performance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with corresponding certification (CSM, PSM, SSM)
- Experience working with Agile, non-Agile, and software vendor teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including executive-level engagement
- Proven ability to coach teams new to Agile
- Contact Center experience, including AWS Connect & Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- GenAI experience, preferably with Salesforce Einstein / Agentforce
- Experience coaching Product Owners and Development Teams
- Strong facilitation skills for Scrum events and backlog refinement
- Growth mindset and ability to foster team learning
- Passion for promoting organizational agility and high-performing teams
