Insight Global is looking for a PM/SM for a Tier 1 FI in Toronto on a 6 month contract. As a PM/SM, you will act as a trusted partner to the business by providing guidance and delivery direction. You will maintain positive and collaborative relationships with senior management and executives across T&O and P&CB to help prioritize and drive AC/BT objectives. Your role will involve providing timely and detailed status updates to upper management, including but not limited to planning and financials, risk, dependencies, change management, and assumptions across the program. You will build and maintain relationships with upstream and downstream system teams, and evangelize Agile best practices for all squad members. Additionally, you will deliver against the fiscal years roadmap for all projects related to asynchronous messaging platforms and bots, ensuring delivery on budget and schedule within 10% of estimates. You will facilitate various Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives, and report on the throughput of the team while evaluating ways to optimize delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or hold an equivalent certification. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. You should have proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably with a focus on GenAI and CCAS, and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Preferred skills include experience with Generative AI applications and technologies, knowledge of Contact Center as a Service (CCAS) solutions, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
