Job Description

Program Communications:

· Work closely with the PMO and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to create and execute the communication strategy for the SAP upgrade program.

· Craft clear, engaging, and accessible content for a wide range of internal stakeholders, ensuring that all messages align with the broader transformation goals.

· Develop and manage regular updates to communicate project milestones, successes, and upcoming changes.

Regional Communications Tailoring:

· Differentiate the messaging and communication approach based on regional needs and impact, ensuring each region is informed about the specific ways the SAP upgrade affects them.

· Collaborate with regional teams to ensure that communications are culturally relevant and meet the needs of different audiences.

Branding & Messaging:

· Help shape the transformations overall branding and messaging, ensuring consistency in communication across all platforms.

Program Promotion:

· Assist in marketing efforts to build excitement around the SAP upgrade transformation within the company.

· Design and execute internal campaigns that promote awareness of the transformations benefits and progress.

· Partner with the Organizational Change team to develop targeted communication materials that support employee buy-in, training programs, and user adoption of the new SAP system.

Required Skills & Experience

· Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or corporate communications, preferably within a large-scale transformation project or IT upgrade (experience with SAP-related projects is a plus).

· Project Communication Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies for large, complex programs or initiatives, especially those involving organizational change.

· Content Creation: Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, accessible, and engaging messages for a variety of stakeholders.

· Regional Sensitivity: Experience in crafting communications that resonate with diverse, geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.

· Tools & Platforms: Proficient in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email marketing platforms, intranet management tools, project management software, etc.).

· Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including PMO, OCM, and regional teams, to ensure messaging and activities are aligned.
