We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant/Developer to support data-driven and journey-focused marketing initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with a balanced workload across Journey Builder and data-related projects. The ideal candidate is technically strong, adaptable, and eager to grow their skill set within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This position does not require direct stakeholder interaction and is well-suited for someone who enjoys building, testing, and optimizing marketing solutions behind the scenes. Projects will center on highly personalized email development, automation, and journey orchestration.
A specific industry background is not required - what matters most is technical ability, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Build and maintain Marketing Cloud Journeys (approximately 50% of the role)
• Work on data-focused projects including segmentation and SQL queries (approximately 50% of the role)
• Develop and maintain automations
• Build and QA highly personalized email campaigns using AMPscript and HTML
• Perform quality assurance across journeys, automations, and email assets
• Troubleshoot data, journey logic, and automation issues
Support continuous improvement of marketing workflows and processes

• 3+ years of data-focused experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong HTML skills
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience building and managing Journey Builder journeys
• Proficiency with AMPscript (Experience with advanced email personalization)
• Experience with marketing automation and QA processes
• Adaptability and a strong growth mindset
Willingness to learn new tools, features, and best practices within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
