This hybrid position is ideal for an individual with a solid foundation in Salesforce development, hands-on experience building custom solutions, and a passion for enhancing advisor-facing tools. As a key member of the team, you will focus on creating and optimizing customizable Salesforce tools that streamline workflows and improve usability for financial advisors. Working alongside internal stakeholders and technology partners, you will ensure the solutions delivered are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical proficiency in Salesforce, an understanding of CRM best practices, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

- 8+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions
- Extensive expertise in designing and implementing customizable components and tools within the Salesforce platform
- Proficient in building and optimizing Apex classes for scalable application logic
- Strong background working with trigger frameworks to automate business processes
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and apply critical thinking to deliver effective solutions
- Previous experience or familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly in wealth management or related sectors
