Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Risk PM/BA to support a Global Markets Technology organization at a top-tier financial client in Toronto. This person will partner with engineering, desk-aligned tech teams, and risk/compliance to identify, track, and mitigate technology risks across high-impact initiatives. The role also requires strong execution and visibility, regularly working with senior stakeholders and turning complex data into clear, executive-ready materials. A key part of this role is the ability to move quickly, taking raw data and building dashboards, infographics, and presentations on tight, same-day timelines for high-priority asks.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in technology environments (engineering, development, production support, or InfoSec), with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams
• 8+ years operating as a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager within Capital Markets or enterprise banking, owning both delivery and requirements end-to-end
• Proven track record of driving initiatives from intake through execution — managing timelines, unblocking teams, and ensuring deliverables land in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous asks into structured requirements, user stories, and actionable project plans while maintaining alignment with stakeholders
• Deep understanding of technology risk (application, infrastructure, cyber, cloud, audit/compliance) and experience driving remediation efforts across engineering and control partners
• Advanced use of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Excel to manage scope, track progress, and maintain clean, audit-ready documentation
• Highly skilled at rapidly synthesizing large data sets into executive-ready outputs including dashboards, infographics, and senior leadership presentations (PowerPoint/Tableau a plus)
• Strong grasp of SDLC, change management, release processes, and production controls, with the ability to operate across both delivery and governance lanes
• Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and turning around high-quality materials (decks, updates, reporting) on tight timelines
• Acts as a “driver” on programs, pushing initiatives forward, holding teams accountable, and ensuring constant momentum from discovery through delivery

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Tableau for dashboarding and reporting
• Experience supporting front office or capital markets technology teams
