Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Release Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Engineering & Platform Resiliency Program at one of the Big Five banks on a 6‑month contract. This role serves as the central point of coordination for resiliency intake, backlog management, and remediation tracking, while supporting both technical teams and governance stakeholders. The Resiliency Coordinator will assess incoming requests to ensure clear problem statements, articulated impact, and defined desired outcomes, applying a strong technical and operational lens to validate completeness and readiness before items move forward.
Day to day, this individual will manage intake and triage activities, maintain backlog hygiene in Jira, coordinate stakeholder follow‑ups, and prepare accurate inputs for working committees and governance forums. Once initiatives are approved, they will support remediation planning, coordination, and progress tracking, helping move work from intake through execution. The role also supports reporting and trend analysis to help tell the resiliency story (e.g., volume, themes, and time to resolution), while maintaining consistent documentation and processes in Confluence. Success in this role requires the ability to digest complex technical information, translate it into clear non‑technical language, prioritize effectively, and operate across incident, problem, change, and service management concepts within an ITIL‑aligned environment.
