Job Description

We are looking for five (5) Quality Analyst Technicians to work on site in Toronto for a project with one of the big 5 banks. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of all audio-visual systems and equipment which includes but is not limited to:

· Conducting QAQC testing on AV technologies, including Crestron/flex/MTR(s), SurfaceHubs, dante, biamp, QSYS, and other related systems. Performing integration and functionality tests to ensure seamless interaction between AV components and UC technologies such as Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
· Testing and troubleshooting conference meeting cameras such as poly, PTZ, onebeyond, Qsys, huddly, and logi to ensure proper performance and integration with the AV system.
· Verifying camera alignment, video quality, and compatibility with AV control systems.
· Ensuring that UCs technologies, particularly Microsoft Teams and Office 365, are fully integrated into AV systems and are functioning optimally.
· Testing the interaction between conferencing systems, AV hardware, and software platforms to ensure smooth user experiences.
· Performing network compatibility testing for AV systems, ensuring proper setup with Wi-Fi, PoE, and firewall/security applications.
· Testing data flow, latency, and connection stability across networks, ensuring compliance with company standards.
· Using QSYS for operational testing, configuring, and verifying functionality across various AV setups.
· Collaborating with engineering and IT teams to resolve issues related to QSYS system integration, ensuring optimal audio and video quality.
· Implementing QAQC testing best practices to ensure all AV technologies meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
· Documenting and reporting test results, issues, and resolutions, ensuring all testing procedures are clear, repeatable, and aligned with industry best practices.
· Working closely with engineering teams to resolve issues during the installation or configuration phase, including troubleshooting and re-testing faulty components.
Providing technical support and guidance for AV systems during deployment and troubleshooting phases.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience with Testing and troubleshooting cameras

-Ability to come on-site in downtown Toronto 4-5 days / week
