QE

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer (QE) to support agile delivery across mobile and web banking platforms. This role is embedded within an existing squad, working closely with developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Managers in two‑week sprints. The QE will provide end‑to‑end quality ownership across online and mobile applications, supporting both new customer acquisition and enhancements for existing users.
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for UI and API testing, ensuring high‑quality releases as platforms are enhanced, rebuilt, or migrated. You will validate backend services, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines within cloud environments, and provide quality oversight across standard practices and tooling. The environment includes GenAI‑enabled components, and the QE will leverage AI tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and automation outcomes, including supporting teams building AI agents and agentic workflows.

3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, able to operate independently within agile squads
Strong experience testing web and mobile applications in cloud‑based environments
Hands‑on experience with UI automation using Playwright and/or Selenium
Strong experience with API automation and validation (e.g., REST Assured, Postman)
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Experience working within Azure or other cloud platforms
Active participation in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, stand‑ups, retros)
Experience leveraging GenAI tools such as Copilot or Windsurf to improve test creation and execution

Experience supporting or testing AI‑enabled or agentic AI solutions
Exposure to building or supporting automation frameworks at scale
Experience with performance testing
Knowledge of accessibility testing standards and best practices
