Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate QA Specialist with Technical Writing expertise to join our team. This role combines manual quality assurance testing with technical documentation responsibilities, including API documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation with a background in Quality Assurance as well.

Required Skills & Experience
o 3-5 years in QA and technical writing roles.
o Proven experience in API documentation and manual/automated testing methodologies
• Knowledge of Sequence Diagrams for API design or designing complex workflows
o Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger.
o Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
o Postman, SQL, Decisions platform (UI platform)
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
o Basic coding skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience in telco is preferred
