Job Description
Insight Global is scaling its agentic AI program and requires a Lead Quality Engineering Engineer to support the validation and testing of agentic AI applications as they move from proof-of-concept into production environments.
This role requires a strong foundation in automated and some manual testing with proven experience across complex, data-intensive applications in an enterprise or financial services environment (ideally capital markets). The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, contributing to active test cycles from day one while helping to define quality standards for a growing agentic AI program. The candidate will be comfortable with 2 days on site in Toronto, Montreal OR Vancouver.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of hands-on software testing experience
3+ years in a QA leadership or team lead role
Proven experience leading and mentoring QA teams of 3+ engineers
Expert-level programming skills in Python with 5+ years automation development experience
Advanced experience with test automation frameworks and tools
Deep understanding of testing methodologies, AI Testing, SDLC, and Agile practices
Proficiency with version control (Git), CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Jenkins)
Expertise in API testing and performance testing tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and project estimation
Experience with LOCUST for performance testing
