Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the design, planning, implementation, and execution of multiple projects at CIBC. The ideal candidate will be strong in planning, dependencies, RAID, financial tracking, and executive reporting, with no room for error. This is hybrid in Downtown Toronto 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of IT projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in large‑scale programs
• Strong decision‑maker with a risk‑first, governance‑driven mindset
• Strong in planning, dependencies, RAID, financial tracking, and executive reporting (they NEED to communicate effectively in front of CIBC executives)
Long tenure in prior roles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Infrastructure and/or technology program exposure
•Working at CIBC, BMO, RBC, TD, Rogers, or Bell
