Job Description
Join a strategic People Experience team supporting horizontal initiatives across a leading innovation division. This role blends PMO-style oversight with hands-on project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise migration projects including:
Transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office
Data platform migration from Palantir to Enterprise Data Lake
Collaborate with IT PMs and business stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines
Drive change management, training, and executive reporting
Facilitate stakeholder communications and create clear, articulate decks
Working with Asana to track and manage work efficiently
Coordinate with internal points of contact and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience
Required Experience:
Proven success in enterprise migration projects (Google to Microsoft)
Experience in financial services projects (new transformations preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Asana and Jira (Asana preferred)
Ability to work across diverse teams and backgrounds
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice to Have:
Exposure to data platform transitions (e.g., Palantir to Data Lake)
Experience working for a Commercial Banking line of business at a top 5 Canadian Bank
