Lead and manage Cybersecurity related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process optimizations, across the global organization across multiple regions and different time zones.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, KPIs, and success metrics which are aligned with business priorities.
· Develop and own key project deliverables, including charters, project plans, risk assessments, closure reports and identification of lesson learned as input for future projects.
· Ensure effective change management through training programs, testing strategies, and user adoption plans for finance teams.
· Communicate project progress and critical updates to executives, leadership committees, and stakeholders through comprehensive status reports and reviews.
· Ensure all assigned cybersecurity-focused projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
· Provide strategic consultation on leveraging technologies to enhance all business processes and to work closely with various cross functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall Project Charter deliverables
· Responsible to ensure that all meeting and related artifacts (minutes, action-item, follow-up, blockers etc.) are managed effectively and in a timely manner and updated in MS Projects.

· 10 years' experience as a Project Manager with majority of projects being within the Cybersecurity/ITS/Infrastructure space
· PMP Certification or pursuing
· Excellent oral, written and communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· University Computer Science or Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience
· Strong experience with MS projects
· Experience in consumer products, fashion or manufacturing industry preferred
· Business Analyst experience is a plus
